Nutrition plays a significant role in many major health issues such as high cholesterol and heart disease, diabetes, as well as food allergies and intolerance; to name a few.
Our clients have access to individual, small group as well as corporate programs in nutrition counselling.
Our highly qualified dietitian will evaluate you current nutritional habits and develop personalised strategies for you to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. While some clients wish to establish a more nutritious diet, others are seeking a way to address and manage a particular health condition. In order to maximise long-term benefits, the focus is on setting achievable goals that will foster sustainable habits.
In order to capitalize on your program, we recommend meeting with our dietitian a minimum of three times. The first visit is designed to understand your current eating habits and how they may be impacting your health. The second visit focuses on goal setting and the development strategies unique to your needs and circumstances. The third visit is intended to evaluate and make adjustments (if necessary).
Additional follow-up visits are available and may be added to the program, as need be.
