When hiring a new employee, the interview process, background checks and references all contribute to identifying the person who is best suited for the job. For many companies, a medical check-up is part of the process.
In collaboration with your personnel, we will design a protocol that best responds to your needs as well as the requirements associated to the candidate's job offer. This evaluation will allow us to determine the risks related to employment as well as the candidate's ability to perform the various tasks required of the position.
Within a 24-48 hour delay, our physician will provide you with a report that indicates whether the individual is:
- fit without restrictions for the job opportunity
- fit with temporary or permanent restrictions
- unfit for the job opportunity
- cannot currently work
